Laughter the best medicine

The medical science is taking long strides making life easier and bearable for human beings. Despite living within an era renowned for highly developed remedies for most of the health scourges visited by human beings so very often yet there are wide gaps between living a healthy live and the one that is full of fun. In this context, more and more medical studies are Laughter the best medicine as an alternative treatment and this is precisely the reason why there is so much emphasis on laughter-based therapy, yoga and meditation. Most interestingly, unlike many treatments, laughter is free and available to everyone and is the easiest therapy to have access to. Laughter promotes the body’s production of important immune system components, like white blood cells and antibodies. In the long run, this helps prevent many health problems, such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

It’s not just a saying—laughter truly is contagious! The act of laughing triggers the release of endorphins also known as happiness hormones, essentially dissolving any negative emotions. Laughing improves respiration
Laughter subjects human body to a sort of respiratory yoga. Indeed, each laugh comprises a short inhalation followed by a pause, then a slower, jerky exhalation, greatly increasing the amount of air released.

Laughter improves digestion
