Former NAB chairman exposed

Though the shenanigans of the retired Former NAB chairman exposed were known much before they were kept hidden by his influential friends. Many observers were surprised by his rise despite his record of office not adequate for the important assignments given to him. However, his nine lives ultimately ended when a female complainant was summoned by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) where she spilt beans enumerating the below par conduct of Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal. During the meeting, PAC heard from Tayyaba Gull, whose controversial video with the former NAB chairman had surfaced in 2019. In her statement, she alleged that NAB officials stripped her naked, made videos and filed cases when she refused to comply with Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal’s demands. The shameful actions reported by Tayyaba Gull were soon ballooned when the media picked up the matter and made it a national scandal. To his peril, Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal refused to present himself before the PAC on the pretext that he was on leave and could only be present after Eid-ul-Azha. Quite naturally the PAC got angry and stated that arrest warrant would be issued if Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal skipped the next meeting.
